Srinagar, July 30 -- In continuation of the ongoing crackdown against drug trafficking and with the objective of dismantling the illegal narcotics network, Srinagar Police has booked another seven notorious drug peddlers under the provisions of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (PIT-NDPS Act).

The following accused persons have been found actively involved in promoting and trafficking narcotic and psychotropic substances, particularly among the youth of Jammu & Kashmir, at an alarming scale:

1. Bilal Ahmad Langoo @ Owais S/o Ghulam Nabi Langoo R/o Aramwari, Rajbagh, Srinagar, involved in FIR No. 04/2023 U/S 8/21 NDPS Act of Police Station Rajbagh.
