Jammu, Aug. 27 -- - J&K Pradesh Congress Committee has expressed deep shock over loss of lives including 34 Vaishno Devi pilgrims and five others in Doda district and injuries to several others due to devastating rains & landslides.

In a statement JKPCC Chief Tariq Hameed Karra and other senior congress leaders have expressed deep shock over the loss of lives and injuries to numberof people.They conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for peace to the injured persons. They appealed to the government to provide best medical treatment to the injured.
