Srinagar, Jan. 21 -- The District Presidents of Congress on Tuesday hits at Lt. Governor Gariesh Chandra Murmu for failing to address the problems of electricity, essentials, Road clearance issues of the people in Kashmir valley.
In a statement to KNS they said entire state administration remained busy with union ministers visit,spent crises but ignored peoples urgent needs.
