Jammu, March 2 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) held a key meeting on Sunday under the leadership of senior leader & MLA Bandipora Nizam-ud-Din Bhat to discuss the party's strategy for the upcoming budget session of the J&K Legislative Assembly.
