Udhampur, April 30 -- Senior BJP leader and former minister, Priya Sethi today launched a scathing attack on the Congress party, accusing it of treating the Constitution of India as its personal property. She said that from 1947 to 2013, the Congress-led governments amended the Constitution 88 times, primarily to suit the political interests of one family.

Priya Sethi was addressing a gathering at a programme organized under the banner of Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Samman Abhiyan in Udhampur.
