Chandigarh, July 16 -- BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh today blasted senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for questioning foreign minister S Jaishankar's meeting with China President Xi Jinping to express nation's concern over Pakistan-sponsored Pahalgam terrorist attack.
