Srinagar, March 11 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has stressed the need to address key issues, particularly the concerns of daily wagers, in the state Assembly. Speaking to the media, he confirmed that discussions on the matter would take place in the Assembly to find a resolution.
"I wanted to tackle this issue of daily wagers. A committee has been formed, and I have given them six months to complete their work," said CM Abdullah. His remarks come as part of an ongoing effort to find a resolution for the daily wager issue that has remained a point of contention for many in the region.
