Jammu, Dec. 22 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah will chair a Cabinet meeting on Monday to take decisions on relief for flood-affected families and financial support for cooperative banks, officials said. The meeting will be held at the Civil Secretariat at 10:30 am and attended by ministers and senior officers. Officials said the Cabinet is likely to approve a policy for allotment of five marlas of land to families whose houses were damaged in recent flash floods, cloudbursts and landslides during the monsoon.
