Srinagar, May 20 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday inaugurated several development projects, laid foundation stones for upcoming works, and held a public darbar during his visit to Ganderbal district.
The Chief Minister, who represents the Ganderbal constituency in the J&K Legislative Assembly, said the initiatives reflect the government's commitment to improving basic services and the quality of life for all.
At Bakura, Omar Abdullah inaugurated a Water Supply Scheme completed under the JKIDFC programme at a revised cost of ?329.04 lakh. The groundwater-based project will provide clean and reliable drinking water to the area.
