Srinagar, Jan. 12 -- Jammu and Kashmir Education Minister Sakina Itoo on Monday said the Class 10 examination results for the winter zone of Kashmir are ready and will be declared on time, with the only delay being the pending appointment of the Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE).

Responding to concerns over the delay, Itoo while speaking to KNS, said the declaration of results requires approval from the JKBOSE Chairman, who is the competent authority to take such decisions.
