Srinagar, Jan. 13 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Additional General Secretary and Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), Chowdary Muhammad Ramzan Tuesday strongly urged New Delhi to respect the democratic mandate of the people of Jammu and Kashmir and fulfill its promise of restoring full-fledged statehood to Jammu and Kashmir.
