Srinagar, Aug. 1 -- Army Chief General Bipin Rawat met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here today. He was accompanied by Lt. General Ranbir Singh, Army Commander Northern Command, and Lt. Gen. KJS Dhillon, GOC 15 Corps.
