Srinagar, Aug. 2 -- Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party president Altaf Bukhari on Saturday welcomed the recent statement by Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, urging the Central government to address the emotional and political disconnect between New Delhi and the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
