Srinagar, Dec. 22 -- The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Kashmir (CCIK) has made an urgent appeal to the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, and the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Manoj Sinha, seeking immediate intervention to ensure the safety and evacuation of several students from Jammu & Kashmir currently stranded in Bangladesh amid escalating turmoil in the country.
The ongoing unrest in Bangladesh has severely affected various regions where Kashmiri students are pursuing their education, raising serious concerns about their safety and well-being among families and the business community in the Kashmir Valley.
