Jammu, Dec. 30 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Jammu of Crime Branch J&K has registered a landmark performance in 2025 by taking firm and decisive action against a wide range of economic offences across the Jammu zone by registering 67 new FIRs, resolving 1,186 complaints in 2025

Through meticulous investigations, timely disposal of cases and proactive grievance redressal, the specialised wing dealt with complex frauds, cheating, forgery, job scams and other financial irregularities, emerging as a key pillar in safeguarding transparency and the rule of law in Jammu and Kashmir.
