Srinagar, June 18 -- The Jammu and Kashmir cabinet on Wednesday evening held a meeting at the Civil Secretariat Srinagar where the reservation policy report was discussed and later referred to the Law Department for legal examination.
One of the Cabinet minister told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that the Cabinet Sub-Committee (CSC) report on the issue of reservations, which has recently triggered political and public uproar, was not decided upon in finality and was instead sent to the Department of Law, J&K for further review.
"The cabinet held detailed deliberations on the CSC report regarding the reservation policy and after discussion, the report was referred to the Law Department for its opinion," he said.Click Here To Follow Our What...
