Jammu, Feb. 20 -- Senior BJP leader and former Minister Priya Sethi termed the Union Budget presented by the Union Finance Minister a visionary document that lays the foundation for a "Viksit Bharat" (Developed India).

She was speaking during the "Budget Pe Charcha" programme organised by Kashmir Displaced Distt at the BJP District Office, Kacchi Chawani, Jammu, where party leaders, office bearers, and members of civil society gathered to discuss the key highlights of the Budget.
