Srinagar, July 25 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Jammu and Kashmir General Secretary (Organisation), Ashok Koul, on Friday said that the party is ready to contest the two vacant assembly seats in Jammu and Kashmir one left vacant after the death of a party worker and the other following the resignation of Mr. Omar.
He said a previous notification for elections coincided with the Pahalgam incident, which may have led to a delay in the process.
