JAMMU APRIL 08 (KNS), April 9 -- Assailing the Congress for its divisive politics, Senior BJP leader Mr Devender Singh Rana today said Prime Minister Narendra Modi led government has been implementing Baba Saheb Dr B.R. Ambedkar's constitution in its entirety embodies the essence of equality, justice, and liberty.
