Tangmarg, Aug. 31 -- Baramulla Police have unearthed a conspiracy to falsely implicate a local resident by planting a fake Improvised Explosive Device (IED) at his house, leading to the booking of three individuals, including a lawyer couple.

According to police, on July 31, 2025, Tangmarg Police Station received an input about an IED allegedly planted at the residence of Manzoor Ahmed Khan, son of Mohammad Ayoub Khan, of Mahayan Ferozpora. Acting swiftly, police, along with security agencies, launched a cordon and search operation.
