Srinagar, March 19 -- Baramulla district in Jammu and Kashmir has achieved significant progress in financial inclusion, skill development, and digital empowerment under the Aspirational Districts Programme (ADP). In recognition of its outstanding efforts, the district has been awarded ?3 crore to further accelerate its developmental initiatives.
