Srinagar, Sept. 17 -- Chairman of the Democratic Progressive Azad Party (DPAP), Ghulam Nabi Azad, on Wednesday disowned misleading statements circulated in the name of the party and clarified that DPAP currently has no spokesperson or representative authorised to speak on its behalf.

Azad said that while party leaders may comment on general public issues after consulting him, all previous party posts and positions, including spokespersons and office bearers, have been dissolved.
