Srinagar, April 4 -- Anjuman Auqaf Jama Masjid has strongly criticized the continued house detention of Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir, Dr. Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq, for the second consecutive Friday, calling it an undemocratic move that restricts his religious and official duties. The organization condemned the authorities' actions, stating that such hostility is causing deep distress among the Muslims of Kashmir.
