Kulgam, July 11 -- Residents of Astan Mohalla in Laisoo area of Kulgam have urged the district administration to resolve the ongoing problem of rainwater logging that has disrupted daily life in the locality.

Locals said that after every rainfall, water collects in both residential areas and on the main road leading to the district headquarters. The problem has worsened, with water even entering homes, making it especially difficult for school-going children and the elderly.
