Bandipora, Jan. 24 -- The Indian Army came to the aid of a local resident after his vehicle skidded off the road in the Nowpura area of Bandipora district due to snow accumulation, officials said on Saturday. Shoib Rehmat, the vehicle owner, sought assistance from the Bandipora Army Camp with the help of local residents. Army personnel quickly mobilised recovery teams and successfully recovered the Bolero bearing registration number JK 01 BB 9101, ensuring the safety of the occupants.
