Srinagar, Jan. 14 -- Awami National Conference President Begum Khalida Shah has welcomed the decision of the Supreme Court for terming the Internet clampdown for indefinite periods as a violation of Fundamental Right and orders for imposition of Section 144 of CRPC repeatedly as abuse of law.
She said in a statement to KNS, "10 million citizens of J&K are reeling under the world's longest imposed clampdown are awaiting Supreme Court's judgment for lifting of all curbs put in place since august 5th 2019 after the Unilateral, Unconstitutional and Illegal abrogation of Article 370 and Article 35A of the Indian constitution.(sic)."
