Baramulla, Jan. 24 -- The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) alleged that the government had failed to restore power and water supply and clear snow from roads in parts of north Kashmir's Baramulla district even 24 hours after snowfall. PDP district coordinator Baramulla and former Rafiabad Assembly candidate Altaf Malik said areas including Rafiabad, Zaingeer and adjoining localities continue to face disruption, with main and interior roads still cut off from district and tehsil headquarters. He said the prolonged disruption has severely affected normal life, particularly the movement of patients, the elderly, school-going children and emergency services.
