Srinagar, March 22 -- Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari on Saturday urged the authorities to "ensure that the daily wagers, consolidated, and temporary employees of J&K Industries receive their wages-however nominal-regularly and are not threatened with disengagement." He said "these poor workers have been serving Jammu and Kashmir Industries for the past 15 years, yet they continue to receive nominal wages and face the insecurity of their temporary jobs."
