Nagrota, Oct. 30 -- Apni Party President, Altaf Bukhari on Thursday slammed the ruling National Conference Govt for its failure to fulfil the promises made with the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

According to a press release issued ,Altaf Bukhari was addressing a political rally in support of the Party candidate, Bodh Raj Bhagat, fielded from the Nagrota Assembly Constituency in the scheduled by-poll.
