Jammu, Sept. 17 -- Srinagar September 17 (KNS) Apni Party leader Altaf Bukhari expressed deep grief over the demise of Professor Abdul Ghani Bhat describing it as a personal loss.

Bukhari said, This is a personal loss for me, and today my heart grieves the departure of someone whose absence can never be replaced."
