Kupwara, Nov. 19 -- The District Development Commissioner (DDC)Shrikant Balasaheb Suse of Kupwara has stated that all necessary preparations to deal with the winter season have been completed. According to him, the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir has also reviewed the situation multiple times, while the PWD, PMGSY, and Mechanical Engineering Department have already been issued tenders to ensure timely snow clearance during snowfall.

He added that essential supplies have been dispatched in advance to all snow-bound areas.
