Srinagar, June 2 -- Secretary Health and Medical Education, Dr. Syed Abid Rashid Shah, on Monday said that comprehensive arrangements have been made to ensure a smooth, safe, and spiritually uplifting experience for pilgrims attending the revered Kheer Bhawani Festival at Tullamulla in Ganderbal.

Speaking to reporters, as per the Kashmir News Service (KNS), Dr. Shah emphasized that the festival, which attracts Kashmiri Pandits from across the globe, has always been a symbol of unity, devotion, and communal harmony.
