Dhaka, July 21 -- A Bangladesh Air Force training jet crashed into Milestone School and College in Dhaka's Uttara area on Monday afternoon, killing at least 19 people and injuring more than 100 others-many of them students and staff.

The Chinese-made F-7 aircraft lost control shortly after takeoff and crashed around 1:30 PM, triggering a huge explosion and fire. Flames engulfed parts of the campus, causing panic among hundreds of students attending classes at the time.
