Srinagar, Feb. 23 -- Vice Chancellor of Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Kashmir (SKUAST-K), Prof. Nazir Ahmad Ganie, has urged educated youth to explore entrepreneurship in agriculture, citing its vast potential for employment generation and economic growth in Kashmir.
Speaking to KNS on the 10th AgriTech Mela at SKUAST-K's Shalimar campus, Prof. Ganie emphasized the need for innovation and technology-driven solutions to modernize the agricultural sector. He noted that farming has evolved beyond a traditional occupation into a promising industry with lucrative business opportunities.
