Srinagar, Feb. 19 -- Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Budgam Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi on Tuesday termed the recent order issued by the Deputy Commissioner of Kishtwar seeking scrutiny of Zakat collections as unconstitutional and an infringement on religious freedom.
