Srinagar, Oct. 18 -- Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg, on Saturday extended an open invitation to travellers to experience the beauty of Kashmir during the upcoming winter season, assuring that the administration has made comprehensive arrangements to handle both public services and tourist activities.

Speaking to reporters in Srinagar's Lal Chowk, Garg said that winters are part of the Valley's rhythm, returning every year with challenges that the administration continuously works to meet more efficiently.
