The key administrative post of Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) in Bandipora has been lying vacant for the past eight months, causing serious delays in official work and growing frustration among the residents.

Official sources told Kashmir News Service (KNS) that several important files are pending clearance in various departments, including those related to the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) and other developmental schemes, due to the absence of a senior officer to monitor and approve them.
