KUPWARA, April 5 -- Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Handwara, Javaid Naseem Masoodi today chaired his maiden meeting with Tehsildars of the Handwara Sub-Division to review various revenue-related matters.

He emphasized upon the officers to adhere to the guidelines of Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA) and prioritize timely disposal of all applications within the stipulated timeframe.
