Srinagar, Nov. 8 -- Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Shantmanu on Saturday emphasized that along with skilled staff and quality production, adaptability is crucial for every entrepreneur to ensure long-term sustainability.

Speaking to Kashmir News Service (KNS) after inaugurating a milk processing unit in Handwara, Shantmanu said that individuals and business units must continuously evolve to remain relevant in changing times. "If you keep adapting and remain flexible, you will stay sustainable," he said.
