Jammu, Jan. 29 -- Jammu, Jan 29 (KNS) ; The Anti-Corruption Bureau in Jammu has registered a case against a former managing director and a serving deputy general manager of the State Industrial Corporation (SICOP) for alleged illegal appointment, regularisation and promotion, officials said on Thursday.
