The Sub Centre in Gamroo village of North Kashmir's Bandipora district, which caters to over 5,500 residents, has been struggling to provide basic healthcare due to conflicting orders, unimplemented relocation directives, and staff absences.

As per the official orders accessed by the Kashmir News Service (KNS), Block Medical Officer (BMO) Bandipora on Monday issued an order transferring one of the staffers, Haneefa Gaffar, to another health facility. The order cited a direction from the Assistant Commissioner (Revenue), except that the ACR has denied issuing any such order at all, making the transfer technically baseless.
