Srinagar, June 29 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha met with over 80 families of Kashmiri civilians killed by Pakistan-backed terrorists over the past three decades. The meeting, held in Srinagar, marked a long-overdue recognition of the thousands of innocent lives lost to terrorism in the Kashmir Valley.

"For decades, these families were marginalised, their pain silenced, and their voices unheard. Now, they are speaking out, and the truth is being told," said the Lieutenant Governor while addressing the families, many of whom came from South Kashmir.
