Srinagar, Feb. 13 -- J&K Peoples Conference President and MLA Handwara Sajad Gani Lone on Friday raised serious concerns over the implementation of the Forest Rights Act in the Legislative Assembly, terming the denial of forest rights to tribal communities as both alarming and unjust.
