Patna, Oct. 29 -- Ahead of the Bihar Assembly elections, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi spoke at a public event in Sakra, Muzaffarpur on Wednesday, questioning Prime Minister Narendra Modi's priorities and the work of the current government.

Gandhi told the audience that Modi prioritizes electoral success over addressing citizens' concerns. He suggested that the Prime Minister adapts his actions to secure votes rather than respond to public needs.
