Leh, Feb. 20 -- The Administrative Secretary of the School Education Department, Bhanu Prabha, today attended the inauguration-cum-upgradation ceremony of Government Primary School, Skara Yokma, into a Ladakh Model School in Leh.

She was accompanied by the Principal, DIET Leh; District Programme Officer (DPO) Leh; Deputy Chief Education Officer (Dy CEO), Kargil; Zonal Education Officer (ZEO) Leh, Padma Dechen; other Heads of Departments, the Nambardar of Skara, members of the Village Education Committee (VEC), teachers, students, and parents.
