Srinagar, Feb. 5 -- The Sumo stand drivers who have registered stands at Maisuma and exchange road Srinagar etc are creating chaos and confusion due to their reckless behaviour of taking and loading passengers anywhere especially at exchange road . Exchange road being a sensitive place for security reasons as well should not be used for such traffic activities. Despite clear guidelines to pick the passengers from designated stands, these drivers are flagrantly disregarding rules, picking up passengers at will, and causing unprecedented hardships for pedestrians and business owners.
