Kargil, Jan. 22 -- A meeting regarding the celebration of Republic Day 2026 was convened today under the chairmanship of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kargil, Sheikh Gowhar Hussain in his office chamber.

The meeting was attended by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kargil; Additional Superintendent of Police, Kargil; President, Bar Association Kargil; a representative from the Deputy Commissioner Kargil; Information Officer Kargil; Executive Engineers from R&B Division, PDD and PHE; and an official from the Municipal Committee Kargil.
