Srinagar, Feb. 8 -- Continuing its efforts to eradicate the menace of drugs from the society, Srinagar Police has arrested two drug peddlers and recovered contraband substances from their possession.

A police team of PS Chanapora during naka checking near Estate Quarter intercepted a motor cycle bearing registration number JK01AB-3331 with two persons on board, who tried to flee from the spot but were apprehended tactfully. During search, substantial quantity of drugs and narcotic substances was recovered from their possession.
