KUPWARA, June 10 -- In the remote and often challenging terrains of the far flung border district Kupwara, a quiet revolution is underway-one that doesn't arrive with noise or fanfare but with rays of sunlight, captured and transformed into power. Thanks to the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, hundreds of homes in this once energy-starved region now shine brightly with solar-powered electricity.
