Kargil, Nov. 3 -- Member of Parliament (MP) Ladakh, Mohmad Haneefa Jan, today undertook an extensive tour of Barsoo Constituency, visiting several villages including the last village, Itchoo becoming the first MP from Ladakh to visit the area where road connectivity is yet to be established.

The MP was accompanied by Councillor Barsoo, SDM Sankoo, and district officers and officials from various departments.

At Bartoo, villagers raised demands for ST line shifting, school upgradation, and other essential developmental works.

At Itchoo, the residents sought helicopter service for patients during winter, grants for winter coaching, and an ambulance, besides other infrastructure-related issues.
